Cold compression can temporarily relieve shoulder pain. Place ice pack on shoulder area for 20 minutes, for 5 days. Wrap an ice pack in a small towel. Avoid placing ice packs directly on the shoulder area.
Manual Therapy
Using a "hands-on" approach to patients, physiotherapists will treat shoulder pain by moving certain members to reduce pain in providing relief in the shoulder area
